Alysia is a triple threat performer born to a Greek dad and  Jewish mom  in sunny Orlando, Florida! She is charismatic, vibrant, grounded, fiery, spunky, and genuine. She loves to do work that brings joy to others, challenges beliefs, and tells meaningful stories. She is driven, dedicated, and brings a strong work ethic and positivity to every room she enters. She is based in NYC and is always on the hunt for a new sweet treat to try!

 

She grew up with a passion for singing, dancing, and acting, and was in voice lessons and dance classes starting at 3 years old. She strutted her way through the competition dance scene for many years, as well as performed in her school musicals! In high school she attended the esteemed Dr. Phillips Theatre Magnet where she was recognized for musical theatre awards city and state wide. She then moved to Pittsburgh, PA to attend Point Park University where she graduated in 2021 with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance.​

She was cast in numerous productions at Point Park's Pittsburgh Playhouse, some credits include: Fastrada in Pippin, Melissa in Coram Boy, and Rhonda in Fancy Nancy,  as well as productions around Pittsburgh's theatre scene such as Sophie in Mamma Mia. She also became involved with the Point Park Cinema Department and she was a lead in 5 student short films. She recently received an Honorable Mention from the Prague International Film Fest for her performance as Ariel in "The Green Hat Diner". In her senior year she was represented by Docherty Agency in Pittsburgh and this led to her doing industrial shoots for American Eagle!​

Since graduating 3 years ago, she has been working professionally at some of the top regional theatres in the country, as well as traveling the world performing on cruise ships! She has a love for traveling and spends her free time doing yoga, working out, making charcuterie boards and trying new foods and sweets around NYC!

​

She has a love for teaching dance and assisting and spent two summers teaching Musical Theatre Jazz and Tap to kids aged 2-12 at Peaches Dance and Music in Orlando.

She is currently living and loving life in NYC and is signed with The Movement Talent Agency! She is looking forward to all the opportunities and experiences to come!
